Hey Troy - interesting statistics and feedback about your site! I was wondering, do you count RSS subscribers in your email/subscribers count? I would guess that a lot of your readers who are fellow travelers (like me) use an RSS reader like Google Reader to follow your blog. Since I follow a lot of blogs I definitely do not want them all coming by e-mail, instead an RSS reader lets me keep them all in one place and quickly browse through to see who's made updates. Of the top of my head I'm not sure how you can track this, but if I were you I would count these towards your goal of 100 subscribers because most likely your RSS subscribers are reading your updates regularly.<br>Great work and I'm looking forward to seeing what changes come out of this!
